AI disclaimer

At neun Magazine, part of our mission is to centre human creativity, lived experience, and authentic expression. We believe that art, writing, and culture are at their most powerful when they reflect the complexities of human voices, emotions, and perspectives. Every piece published by neun Magazine is carefully reviewed, shaped, and finalised by our team, with the intention of preserving the integrity of human thought and the authenticity of underrepresented voices.

For community contributions, we want to be clear: we seek and celebrate real work by real people. We understand it can sometimes be difficult to differentiate AI-generated text or art from human-made work, but our commitment is to publish pieces that come directly from human experience and imagination. If we believe a submission has been created primarily by AI tools, we will not publish it.

Our contributors’ voices, with all their nuances and individuality, are what make neun possible. From time to time, we may use AI tools to assist with certain practical aspects of our work. However, AI is never a replacement for human creativity or editorial judgement. We view AI as a tool, not an author, not a decision-maker. Its role is secondary and supportive, never central to the creation of our content.

By being transparent about this, we want to assure our readers, contributors, and collaborators that we continue to prioritise human imagination and critical thinking above all else. Ultimately, our values remain rooted in people: in the stories they share, the communities they come from, and the creative expressions that cannot be replicated by machines.
